Mattress Warranty Process

While the Manufacturer and not the retailer warrant all structural manufacturer defects, there are some simple steps to take if you fall in the 1% of mattress purchasers who file warranty claims. The first thing is you must allow the manufacturer's allowed time frame for upholstery break-in. During this first 30 days it is recommended you rotate the product from head to foot weekly to allow for even wear and distribution of weight on the product. This process alone reduces warranty claims by over 90%. Secondly, if your product for whatever reason does in-fact meet warranty process standards (please refer to the warranty information on the "Additional Info" page), simply lay a flat broom stick or other straight device across the product and take a ruler to measure from the broom stick down to the deepest point at the highest edge of the impression. Submit your photo of this measurement to the factory at www.corsicanabedding.com. The factory representative is very helpful, and generally speaking will authorize a Return to Vendor Authorization for a swapping of the mattress to a product equal in value. Once your new mattress is ordered, simply bring your mattress in for exchange. It's pretty much that simple. Your old mattress will be sent back to the factory for destruction. Since Mattress Warehouse and Darrell the Mattress Guy are a discount outlet, we don't perform mattress inspections, and handling of warranty claim products is performed only as a courtesy to the client. It is standard in the mattress industry that just as if you had bought a mattress from Sam's or Costco, you are responsible for transport.
